Real, from tracked sessions in this period. The last step is a site-wide signup total, not a per-session match — see the note below the funnel.

Real clicks, autocaptured. "Seen" is approximated as visits to the page (no per-element visibility tracking).
Visitor cities
Real, from server-side IP geolocation on each new session — city-level only, not neighborhoods
Referral and campaign codes
Visits from each ?ref= link (signup attribution per code isn't available — would need a hook in the website's own waitlist form)

Signals worth a look
Real, derived from tracked pages: highest exit rates and lowest scroll depth. Not the same depth as rage-click/dead-click/form-abandonment detection, which needs richer instrumentation than click+scroll autocapture provides.
Every view here is now real, from accescoliving.com's actual tracked traffic (pageviews, clicks, scroll depth, sessions) plus the real waitlist signups collection — nothing left is hardcoded sample data. Two honest limits remain, both called out inline where they apply: per-page-section heatmaps (e.g. "Hero video — 100% reached, 14s") would need tracking markers added inside the website's own components, which is out of scope for this app; and waitlist signups can't be linked to the specific session or campaign code that converted, since there's no hook in the website's signup form.
